Arieseni - The Apuseni Mountains "Visit the Apuseni Mountains and you'll know Romania" Arieseni is situated at the limit of Alba,Bihor and Cluj districts.It is in the area of the Apuseni Mountains known under the name of "Motilor Country" or the "Stone Country". The Apuseni Mountains form a special world,a fascinanting world with special inhabitants and special fauna and flora.The county is a stony one-there are a lot of caves and the landscape is really wonderful.The great attraction of the Apuseni Mountains is represented by the karst (stony ) relief-there are over 800 natural cavities. Casa Noastra (Our House) Pension - Arieseni The board & lodging "Casa NoastrŃ" is situated on DN 75 Campeni-Stei,about 3 km from the centre of the Arieseni Commune and about 6 km from the ski slope "VÔrtop Arieseni" (here skiing lasts until the 1st of May;Vartop is the the precipitations pole). The pension architecture is special framing perfectly in the mountain landscape,forming a wonderful mixture between the stone walls and wood elements. Casa Noastra has been completely remade in 2005 because in March 2004 this was distroyed by a fireproduced by S.C. Electrica S.A. The cause of the fire was the fall of the electric line (20.000 volts) on the branching of the pension. Our pension consists of: semi-basement + ground floor+ the first floor + 3 attics: * semi-basement - there is a wine-cellar of 60sm * ground floor-living room(60sm)with a fire place made of stone and the pension kitchen * the 1st floor - 3 double rooms and 1 triple room (all with balconies) * the 2nd floor - 3 double rooms (2 with balconies) and 1 triple room * the 3rd floor-3 double rooms (one with balcony) * the 4th floor-2 double rooms (one with balcony) All the rooms have own toillets, a shower, a T.V. set, furniture made of oak wood, orthopedic mattress, thermopan windows / velux. The endowments of the pension Casa Noastra are of a high level(4 daisies). Other facilities: * a yard (4000 sm) * playgrounds for children * 2 terraces(each terrace has 25 places) * people can have a grill in open air (outside) There are also 2 mascots - 2 dogs (Saint Bernard). The tourists can have the meals in the restaurant. The day of renting a room lasts from 12 a.m. to 12 a.m. the next day. Holding rooms in the season period is made on the basis of advance(payment).
